The Imperial Paisley
Probably the most emblematic fabric pattern, paisley takes its origins in the Persian “buta”, the combination of a stylized cypress tree and a floral spray. It became widely popular in Europe during the 18th and 19th century and was then revived by artists such as the Beatles in the 1960’s.
This scarf is a reinterpretation of the classic paisley pattern using an imperial purple and in a way an homage to the Fender’s pink paisley guitar.
Our 160x35cm scarves are all hand rolled and made of the highest grade quality silk twill (6A grade silk).

Please note that on some photos, the model may wear a scarf with the edge fringed. It was an initial prototype, the final scarf is fully hand rolled without fringe as seen on the main picture.
